Cold, Hot Chocolate Recipe (Serves 1)
|Fresh almond milk||250ml|
|Raw cacao powder||1T|
|1||Pour 200ml of cold almond milk into milk frother|
|2||Follow the directions on your machine to froth almond milk|
|3||Add one tablespoon of raw cacao powder into shaker or leak-proof water bottle|
|4||Add remaining 50ml of almond, shake well|
|5||Pour chocolate almond milk into serving glass|
|6||Add frothy almond milk to top up serving glass|
|7||Add a dash of cacao powder or cinnamon powder, serve immediately|
If you’re craving something warm, then all you have to do is hit the button on your milk frother to warm up the almond milk first, before frothing it. Otherwise, you could also warm your almond milk in a small saucepan on a stove top. Turn off the fire just before it comes to a boil.
