Here’s what you need:
|240g||boiled chickpeas (1 can, drained)|
|2T||freshly squeezed lemon juice|
|1/2t||ground black pepper|
|2T||extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)|
|1 pinch||sweet paprika and parsley (optional, topping)|
