Here’s what you need:
Ingredients
240g | boiled chickpeas (1 can, drained) |
2 cloves | garlic |
2T | freshly squeezed lemon juice |
1t | ground cumin |
1/2t | pink salt |
1/2t | ground black pepper |
2T | extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) |
4T | water |
1 pinch | sweet paprika and parsley (optional, topping) |
Method
Add the above hummus ingredients into a food processor, blend till smooth.
