Here’s what you need:


240g  boiled chickpeas (1 can, drained)
2 cloves garlic
2T freshly squeezed lemon juice
1t ground cumin
1/2t pink salt
1/2t ground black pepper
2T extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
4T water
1 pinch sweet paprika and parsley (optional, topping)


Add the above hummus ingredients into a food processor, blend till smooth.
