You know what?

It’s a blessing to be lactose intolerant. You know why?

Because cow’s milk is bad for you – it’s mucous forming – and bad for anyone anyway.

But say you’re craving for some really thick milkshake… here’s a simple 2-step recipe for a creamy mango milkshake, without milk.

All you need is to blend a tall glass of ice with about 2 tablespoons of honey and then blend in a whole chaunsa mango (minus the seed of course), which you can find at any supermarket.

This particular species of mango is creamier than the usual, so what you’ll get at the end of blending for 2 minutes is a thick and creamy mango milkshake, without milk. Slurp!
