Here’s what you need:
Ingredients
| 240g | boiled chickpeas (1 can, drained) |
| 2 cloves | garlic |
| 2T | freshly squeezed lemon juice |
| 1t | ground cumin |
| 1/2t | pink salt |
| 1/2t | ground black pepper |
| 2T | extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) |
| 4T | water |
| 1 pinch | sweet paprika and parsley (optional, topping) |
Method
Add the above hummus ingredients into a food processor, blend till smooth.
